About Triple Skillz
A Leicester-based alternative provision helping young people re-engage with learning and find their spark.
Our Mission
TripleSkillz was born out of a dream to offer a better life for young people who simply don't conform to traditional school pathways and are in danger of becoming another statistic. A partnership between Graham Chambers and Rendall Munroe, which began in 2012, has grown to become the alternative education provision it is today.
The statistics are stark. In the UK, thousands of pupils are excluded each year, and over 1.7 million are now persistently absent from school. This isn't just a number; it's a generation at a crossroads.
Every young person deserves the chance to thrive. When a young person steps away from mainstream education, it's rarely because they lack ability or ambition. More often, life has put obstacles in their way. Without the right support at the right time, those obstacles can quietly close doors, to qualifications, to careers, and to the futures they're capable of. That's why we believe in reaching young people early, and on their terms.
We don't see problems to be fixed. We see talent, creativity and drive that simply need the right environment to grow. When one young person finds their footing, the impact goes far beyond them. They build skills, find work, start businesses, and become the role models their communities need. Investing in a young person's potential is one of the best investments any society can make, and helping unlock that potential is what we do every single day.

Join Our Mission
We believe that every young person deserves the chance to find their spark. For many, the traditional classroom isn't where they shine. That's where we come in.
By offering an educational framework built on discipline, self-confidence and the pride that comes from real achievement, we help young people recognise potential that others may have overlooked. We've seen first-hand how growing self-belief and a sense of self-worth can lead to remarkable results.
This is more than a programme - it's a movement!
